Those stones are still on the bridge and I myself lifted one in each hand on many occasions and one market day, I carried them across the bridge and back, some four to five yards - Donald Dinnie.

Tommy Fyvie at Potarch 22/11/2012 & 11/08/2013

All three of Tommy's lifts were witnessed by staff at Potarch hotel who also took the photo of Tommy's 1st lift in November 2012. James Dawkins and photographer Martin Williams (Bill Bagshaw) witnessed Tommy's 2 lifts in August 2013.
2 lifts  were done on the same day (August 2013) minutes apart as the photographer wasn’t happy with his first shot and wanted a further one.
